Nodal Officer takes time to resolve you concern as per the Grievance Redressal Policy of the bank, normally Nodal Officer takes one month time to provide the resolution.
 
If you are not still satisfied with the resolution provided by the Nodal Officer or you haven’t received any response within the period mentioned in Grievance Redressal Policy of the bank, now you can file your complain before the Banking Ombudsman.
